Recently MACE have been active in projects involving the provision, operation and maintenance of a wide variety of Mechanical Process plant, in particular extensive pumping and pipework systems, both fixed and temporary, supplemented by all necessary electrical and control equipment. We have a strong Engineering team, led by Chartered Engineers with extensive Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation experience. In addition to our skills and experience in this field we also manage an extensive fleet of heavy plant and machinery, including heavy loaders, cranes and portable pumping solutions, which can be called upon at any time.

Flow Control & Overpumping

MACE runs and operates a large fleet of pumps (3" to 13" diesel and electrical submersibles), inflatable stoppers temporary discharge steel pipes capable of handling flows of up to 4,000 litres /second.

At certain times during the course of major sewage over-pumping works that were undertaken to rehabilitate the trunk sewers in Abu Dhabi under contracts C190/4, C1l90/5, C190/8 and Cl90/7, we were handling over 60% of the entire sewage of the City of Abu Dhabi.
